Arc Technologies was established in 1986 and is strategically located in San Marcos, CA to service the entire southwest regional area of Southern & Northern California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas. We service many of our customer’s Maquiladora Programs in Mexico for the assembly of finshed products. Arc has a long history of delivering top quality CNC machined parts at very competitive part prices.
We operate a 35,000 sq/ft production plant with over 90 dedicated employees working on three shifts to meet your needs. Arc uses State-of-the Art CNC machining equipment to produce the top quality precision machined parts that you expect from a 1st tier supplier. Our Quality Management System is now ISO 9002-2000 Compliant and we are currently working towards certification. Quality is the back-bone of Arc Technologies.
Many of our customers have been with us for more than twenty years. The staff at Arc works at building strong relationships with our customers, particularly the purchasing, engineering, and quality groups. We can assist you in the development of your products, create your prototype parts, produce your pilot production small lots, and then help you ramp-up into a full high volume production mode.
We can now offer you the next step, and assist you with your off-shore sourcing needs and manage the off-shore procurement programs in your behalf. This gives you a single source responsibility of an uninterrupted supply of parts, at consistent quality levels.
