Simply put, Arc delivers quality parts, on-time. In the past 5 years alone, we have made over 4,700 different parts, not including revision changes. This experience gives us the ability to do simpler jobs more efficiently and at a better price, as well as the ability to tackle complex jobs and do them right.
Capabilities
Arc has the best-of-breed machining technology in the areas of prototype production, mill, lathe, and screw machines. We also see your parts through to completion, managing a robust network of outside processors for steps such as plating, painting, grinding, etc. Finally, we have a dedicated finishing department with deburring, tumbling, lapping, bead-blasting, marking, and assembly operations.
