We have developed several stragetic partnering relationships in China for the manufacture of machined parts. While cost savings on machined parts are attainable in China, you need to be careful. Our service can relieve you from many of the costly headaches of having to blindly tryout new sources. Think of ARC Technologies as a full service supplier: a supplier that is constantly moving towards World Class supplier status by offering new ways to service you, our customers.

Here are some key points to consider about our overall service program:

  • ARC can assist your product development right from the very start. You can consult our staff on the best machining methods needed in your parts. We have a wealth of machining knowledge.
  • Precision CNC Proto-Type parts are made in-house. We enjoy working in close collaboration with your engineers and your quality assurance personnel.
  • ARC can produce your “Small lots” and “Pilot Production” startup runs of parts in-house during your development phase. This allows us to be flexible as your design changes come along.
  • We can use our in-house CNC Machining Services to produce your parts during the product ramp-up phase. While each of these phases are occuring, we are developing a “part history” and the a “production knowledge database” of all the needed operational and quality controls needed to produce the quality machined parts that you expect in your parts and products. Why would you want to lose all of this experience and knowledge in making your parts by blindly moving your production to a new source? ARC can assist you in making a sucessful move to off-shore production.
  • As your product moves into larger volumes, we can source them off-shore (in China) and manage the program for you. We can also manage the transfer our production knowledge database in an effective manner to the new production source. A smooth transition of production is our goal.
  • The “Quality” of your parts in all production phases will be overseen, controlled, and managed by the ARC Technologies team.
  • Kanban/JIT Stocking programs are available on your larger production volumes.
  • This will give you a “single source responsibility” on your production parts. A source that you already have built a great relationship with, and a source that you already have confidence in.
